High temperature oxidation resistant coating furnace·
The furnace consists of deposition chamber and evaporation chamber. Put the base material (graphite or carbon) in the deposition chamber and put precursor (NaC1, ZrCl4) in the evaporation chamber. The precursor is heated and vaporized and enters the deposition chamber through the high temperature connecting pipe and then deposits on the surface of the base material and forms the coating, which can improve the oxidation resistance of the material.
